WARRANTY AND RETURNS

At flaaash.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a comprehensive return and warranty policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. Our support team is always available to assist you with any concerns or issues that may arise.

30-Day Returns Warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at nivora.us@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide the following information:

    • Order number
    • Product SKU
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable), with images no larger than 2 MB.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
    • Any item not meeting these conditions or returned after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Items in the following categories are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons: contact lenses, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, or discounted clearance items unless we made a mistake with your order.
  4. Return Shipping Fees:

    • flaaash.store’s Responsibility: If the issue with your order is our fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange upon receiving the returned item.
    • Customer's Responsibility: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed after the item is received in its original condition.

Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will evaluate your case and offer one of the following solutions:

  1. flaaash.store’s Responsibility:

    • If we are at fault, we will either:
      • Issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
      • Provide a replacement or allow an exchange for another item.
  2. Customer's Responsibility:

    • If the customer has ordered the wrong size, product, or simply wishes to exchange an item, we will:
      • Issue a refund for the product once it is returned.
      • All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and no restocking fee will be charged.

Warranty Notes

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from customer misuse, accidental damage, or improper care. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by us.

  • Eligible Items: The warranty covers regular priced items that have not been marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable categories.
  • Ineligible Items: Swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and other personal hygiene items, as well as discounted or clearance products, are not covered unless we are responsible for an error.

Refund & Compensation Time-frame

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will need 3–6 business days to process your refund or exchange request. After this, the refund will be issued based on the payment method used:

  • PayPal: Refund will be credited within 48 hours.
  • Credit/Debit Card: It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer.
  • Store Credit/Wallet: Store credit refunds are issued within 24 hours after processing.
